We believe that we offer a very competitive price and excellent value for money. The current situation with the economy means that at this moment in time competition is even higher so we have decided to split our services into different packages in order to give our customers more variety. It also enables us to provide the correct amount of equipment for your function.
PACKAGE ONE
All functions including weddings with a standard duration of 7.30pm - Midnight (or 4.5 hours) with up to 50 guests should request PACKAGE ONE. This is a full Disco set up using high quality sound and lighting systems but it is more compact and therefore we are able to offer this package at CALL FOR DETAILS
PACKAGE TWO
All functions including weddings with a standard duration of 7.30pm - Midnight (or 4.5 hours) with 50 to 150 guests should request PACKAGE TWO. This is a full Disco set up using high quality sound and lighting systems but it has 50% more sound and lighting and therefore it is ideal for a larger function. We are able to offer this package at CALL FOR DETAILS
PACKAGE THREE
All functions including weddings with a standard duration of 7.30pm - Midnight (or 4.5 hours) with 150 to 300 guests should request PACKAGE THREE. This is a full Disco set up using high quality sound and lighting systems as well as LED uplighters and more sound and therefore it is ideal for a larger function. We are able to offer this package at CALL FOR DETAILS
*** Please note that both of the above packages include a pre-function consultation at a time that is convenient for you in order to go through your expectations for the evening including any specific song requests and more importantly, the do's and don't's. The above prices may differ slightly if the duration of your function differs from the above examples. Wherever possible, we will co-ordinate our services with your chosen venue so that we can set up our equipment before your function begins. Sometimes this is not possible if the Disco is to be set up in the same place as where (for example) the wedding breakfast is happening. If this is the case we would set up the Disco equipment when the function room is being cleared. Depending on the package you choose and the amount of equipment and extras required, we generally require 45 minutes to 1 hour to set up the equipment. **
EXTRAS
We have a number of extras available which you may want to consider for your function.
LED UPLIGHTING - To add that extra special touch to your event, we are able to offer this new service. LED Uplighting can transform your venue. A colour splash can wash the walls with colour and change the whole feel of the venue. You have a number of options with this service. You can either have the walls changing colour (Red, Green, Blue, Purple, Orange etc) or have them one colour all evening. We will have pictures of this new service soon so you can see for yourself just how good it can look. Please ask for prices. Maybe you do not want to book a DJ but want the lighting. No problem! We will set it all up for you and collect it when your event is over.
BACKGROUND MUSIC - We are able to supply background music during the day for you if required and this is priced at an hourly rate of £30.00. We have to be on site for insurance purposes.
RADIO MICROPHONES - We are also able to provide a cordless microphone (Radio Mic) for you for your speeches if required. Please ask for our prices.
PROJECTION - Something new we have to offer is projection. We are able to provide a laptop, projector and large screen to project your photos on. With your consent we can take some photos during the evening and project them as a slideshow on to the large screen. We will also provide you with a CD of the photos after the event. We can also project good luck messages and thankyou's, in fact anything you would like. Please ask about our prices if you are interested in this service. In order to give you the exact projections you require, we would need to get as much information from you in advance. This service is proving very popular and adds that little extra.
FUN WEDDING QUIZ - This is a brand new service that we are offering and again, this is proving to be very popular. The way it works is like this. During the afternoon or early evening whilst the bride and groom and close family are having their photos taken, we are able to provide a fun quiz for you. We will supply all of the question sheets and pens and compere the quiz for you. The questions can be devised by yourself and be multiple choice. We will also supply a bottle of wine for the winners. In order to provide the fun quiz we would need to work alongside yourselves in advance. This is an excellent addition to the day and can be as long or as short as you wish.
**Please note that all functions require a £50.00 non-refunadable booking fee to secure the date. We do not charge extra for travelling (within reason). We will present ourselves in a professional manner at all times and our aim is to give you the best possible entertainment and customer service that we can. All of our DJ's will be of smart appearence and will not drink alcohol at your function. If you book one or more of the extras for your function, we will add a discount to the overall price. If you book all of the above extras then we will give you a further discount which is offering outstanding value for money**
