VISUALS & PROJECTION
Shakermaker Promotions are able to offer a Visuals & Projection service.
We have noticed that more and more of our customers are taking advantage of this service for a number of reasons. One of the main reasons being that they do not have to go elsewhere to hire the equipment because they can come to us and have it alongside their Disco. The projection service can enhance the event at a small extra cost. We are also noticing that more customers are looking for something different to add to their function. The addition of the projection service is ideal.
You may be wondering why you would want or need projection at your event. Well, below are some examples.
Weddings & Birthdays
On your wedding day for example, you could share your un-official photos taken during the day with everyone. Upload them to our laptop and have them displayed on the huge screen on a loop so that they are rotating all evening. You could also have a photo slideshow created in advance by us featuring photos from the past of the Bride & Groom alongside any messages you would like included. This also works for birthdays, especially 30th. 40th & 50th birthday parties. The birthday boy or girl could have photos of them through the years projected on to the big screen. Imagine all of those horrible haircuts and fashion disasters on show for all to see. We have recently provided photo projection for a 50th Wedding Anniversary and also a 90th Birthday. The projection worked very well on those occasions.
Conferences & Presentations
If you are holding a presentation or conference and have booked us for the evening's entertainment, why not take advantage of this service too? A lot of companies will charge a lot extra for the hire of the equipment. You will also have to take the equipment back to the hire company aswell. If you are holding your presentation at a hotel, you will find that the price of the projection equipment will generally be added to the room hire making it more expensive. We set it up and take it away for you.
If you are booking this service for your wedding or birthday celebration and would like us to create a slideshow presentation for you featuring your photos and messages, we will work in conjunction with you in advance to create the show to your requirements. We will also provide you with a disc of the show after the event for you to keep.
Our photo projection service can be done a number of ways. If the venue is suitable then we can project the images on to a huge white screen. We can also run the show so that it runs on 2 x 22" Monitors on either side of the Disco. There is no difference in the price for either of these. Photo Projection is dependent on the customer providing us with the images in .jpeg form at least 7 days before the function date so that we can create the slideshow to meet your requirements.
